I love living here. It's quiet and peaceful along with regular communication with Bonnie and maintenance crew.
The staff doesn't deal with belligerent tenants. Fell down the steps twice because of the negligence of the maintenance staff. Makes you pay for electricity needed for the lights in the hallways and the commercial insurance. Don't want to move here,trust me!
just moved in on 5/24/25. Staff has been great at Concordia. Bonnie has been great through the whole process of moving in
Walt was just here because my garbage disposal was not working, and figured out the problem in 10 minutes. The staff here is awesome
