I was a 37 yr tennent with Lordae....I found them to be straight forward and unshakable to thier word. They always honored the lease terms and helped us thru the inevitable tough business events. My GUESS is that individuals who are leaving poor reviews were children...NOT business people.

I had an lease with this company, at Larchmont and after one year, the city doesn't allow me to have permit so I had to move, and I did spoke with the owner very politely and he said to me , there is no problem just leave the store and give us back the keys, so I did,and did clean the store as it was, I requested the final receipt and finished contract. To Tom Fitzge and he never get me anything, so surprise today I been sued for $25,000 and they keep my deposit for $12000 this company is a rippoff company dont do any business with them

I have to mirror the same as the other reviews, horribly rude people seem to be a staple at this management company. I dealt with Tom Fitzgibbons; IF you get a response from him you're lucky and you probably had to contact him a couple times before he acknowledges you. Thankfully my business was only parking but I'm thoroughly happy to be done with them because they only want to collect your money and not be bothered with any issues that may arise. Terrible to deal with.

Absolutely the bottom of the barrel. We considered leasing a space and then learned about their deceptive hidden and fake fees business model. We even went so far as to research the number of frivolous lawsuits against small business owners which in turn let us examine their lease contracts that are unconscionable. They own the building at 429 Mamaroneck Ave in Mamaroneck and our hearts go out to the tenants that a subject to this company.

They are horrible, sahid is the most unprofessional person i ever met, when we sign off the lease he said one price and when they sent the first bill is another price and when I contacted him his lier personality said that he was clear about some extra chargers, lier!!!!!! They have extra charges that they don't let you know at the begging, that should be illegal.
