Move-In was a breeze. We ran in to some unexpected delays after signing the lease but Ana and Megan were very helpful and understanding. We were really excited once we got the keys and we love our new home.

I had an urgent issue and was grateful for the prompt response from the emergency on-call team. Technician Kevin handled my call with professionalism and care, quickly understanding the situation and resolving it efficiently. His calm demeanor and clear communication made a stressful moment much easier. Thank you, Kevin, for your excellent support!

I lived in this property for 5 years, and my overall experience was very disappointing. The house was in poor condition and never properly maintained. We dealt with constant issues such as leaks, pests, broken appliances, heating/cooling problems. In the last few weeks before moving out, management provided no support at all, even when we reported problems. They completely ignored us and showed no concern for tenants’ comfort or safety. For the rent we paid, the quality of both the property and management was unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
