This is the most horrible property rental agency to rent from. I’ve had raccoons in my wall and was told I was crazy and how do I know it’s animals. The roof leaks in several areas. Submitted and said it was fixed but never was. They evaded any questions asked to cover the company. And lied on move out inspection so that they can keep the security deposit.

If I could give a zero. I would. So that one star is really zero stars.This was the rental experience that I have ever had . They don’t want to fix anything. They find a reason to steal your deposit. My electric bill was ridiculous. I work 2 jobs back to back 6 days a week and I was the only one living there. Why was my bill over 350.00 every month. Poor insulation is why . Plumbing problems, toilet backing up outside on the lawn. Whoever rents from 2013 Dickens Dr in Killeen is in for a nightmare. They do band aid repairs. The office staff from the manager to Genevieve are all rude. Every six month carpet inspections every quarter doing mandatory inspections is crazy. When you put in work orders and they hire cheap vendors, but they want to come and invade your privacy every quarter. I pu

Mr Lennox Alfred was my property manager and he was Phenomenal. If he wasn't there Darlene was there to assist me with no issues. I would definitely recommend them to manage your property
