Longhill Pointe Apartments and Townhomes

I had a great tour experience with this townhome community. The property itself is well maintained, comfortable, and feels like a home. What really stood out, though, was Alexandria. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding—especially when it came to military-related circumstances. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made the process so much less stressful. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend this townhome and working with Alexandria if you’re considering living here.

Very nice location. The apartments are nicely laid out and the staff there are very friendly most of the time. I think they're little standoffish with me when I stop by now cuz I've been by there three times to look at a short-term renting and the last time I don't think the person even looked up at me once they stayed looking at their computer working and didn't even really acknowledge me which made me feel a little a little off like they couldn't even have a conversation with me like just stop and talk to me but it's like well. He's here to waste my time again. I'm not going to give him that so Touche I guess, but other than that they're friendly the first few times I've been there. I lived at Longhill Apartments for 2.5 years and wish I could pick this entire place up and move it with me! From the amazing leasing office staff to the extremely helpful maintenance team, my experience here has been more than enjoyable and relaxed. I had two different units, a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom, both of which were extremely clean when I moved in. Whenever I had questions, I always felt welcome to call, text, or simply walk up to the front office. I also had a couple of personal emergencies during my time here, and everyone was quick to assist and ensure everything was taken care of, even late at night when I needed the maintenance team to save the day! Grateful Beyond Words for Longhill Apartments! I truly thank God for Longhill Apartments they were an answered prayer for me and my family. We had to vacate our previous home on very short notice, with only 30 days to find a new place. Just when things felt overwhelming, we came across an ad for Longhill and couldn’t believe it.
