Long Meadows Apartments

I saw a bunch of negative reviews of this place because of the parking situation, and wanted to throw in my two cents. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Long Meadows. My apartment is fantastic, the rent is fair, and there's so much natural light. I have never once had an issue with parking, nor has anyone that has ever visited me. All that's really required is to notify your visitors that they need to park on one of the many streets opposing the apartments, and it seems like a lot of the individuals giving bad reviews simply failed to do that. As long as your parking sticker is visible, there are no issues with your own vehicle either. The leasing agent Scott is very friendly, and very prompt with his responses. The maintenance team is also fantastic and very quick to respon

I came to visit some friends, and the place is quiet and clean. But, to give a rough estimate, 95% of residents have parking and the right to one visitor space. I think it's unfair that they charge $5.00. To the cart of sight.

Wow! From reading the comments Long Meadows Apts seem like a nice place to live, but the downside to staying there is risking getting your car towed and having to pay several fees to get it back. What a nightmare! What if you don't have the financial resources if that happens? I was interested in doing a tour of the units but the parking situation is not good at all. So I guess I'll look elsewhere.

I lived here for a year and it really was great. Yes they are strict on parking, but there isn't a lot of parking to begin with. It was inconvenient, but I knew going into renting the parking policy. I never had any issues with the office or maintenance, they were all great. Everyone pretty much minds their own business and they grounds are well taken care of. I would live here again and recommend.

Heaven forbid if you pet sitting or babysitting. Was told by tow truck driver that I needed to be towed. I arrived at 6:55 am. He had my license number on his phone. My saving grace was that he was already towing a car. Well I guess I will find somewhere off the property. It would be nice if towing stopped at 6:45, since I usually arrive after that, but that would be asking too much.
