I recently had a negative experience when buying a home with this office. When I expressed my concerns to the broker and the VP of the company I feel like my concerns were dismissed. For example when I told the broker that I did not end up with a home that matched the criteria I was looking for, she told me that a realtor's job is actually not to help a person find homes that match what they want. They were also unreceptive to my feedback and not interested in how they could use my experience to improve the quality of their agents or their clients' experiences. For instance, I suggested that they inform their agents to be wary of lots of air freshener in a vacant home and not to give advice outside of their scope of knowledge but suggest professionals who could figure out what was wrong. T
