David assisted us with the sale of a townhome. It was late summer, and we had an aggressive timeline. He advised on staging the home, and reviewed his marketing approach in detail with us. Communication from David and his staff was excellent on timely matters; on less sensitive matters, the response wasn't always immediate (but we always heard back). We had a couple of hurdles to overcome as the process came to a conclusion, and David guided us over those. We had over three weeks between home sale and our departure, so we were very pleased that David's approach enabled us to focus on our out-of-state move as the date rapidly approached.
