Arthur “Art” Herling is CRAZY. Here’s what happened. I called Art about Marc Salamone’s new Trillium community a few times and he never answers the phone or returns calls. After a few more calls, he finally answered the phone. Here’s the conversation: Me: Hi Art, I’m calling as I’m interested in the Marc Salamone Trillium community. Are there any quick deliveries? Art: Call Patricia. Me: Who’s Patricia? Aren’t you the broker listed for this community? Do you know if there’s any quick deliveries available? Art starts screaming at me: I SAID CALL PATRICIA!!! Me: Why are you screaming at me?? Art: BECAUSE YOU’RE NOT LISTENING TO ME! I TOLD YOU TO CALL PATRICIA!! Art then proceeds to list off this Patricia’s number and then hangs up the phone on me. PS: the home that I was calling Art
