Josh is a top notch inspector🤩 He was very thorough and really good at explaining what repairs needed to be done to eliminate potential problems as well as detailing what steps were required to fix the obvious problems such as the living room leak caused by an incorrectly installed fladhing on the fireplace. Josh gave us great peace of mind that our old ranch home is solid and built well just needing a few repairs that we would have never noticed until they became major problems 😅 The detailed 17 page report makes it easy to take care of his recommendations. He was very reasonable and we really appreciate his driving 100 miles to do our inspection 😀
