My wife and I were looking for a house. My wife called her and she was rude from the start. We tried going by the "office" (her house) she wasn't there. After trying to get ahold of her she started to forward our calls instead of answering. Beyond unprofessional. Do not rent from them.

This man owns section 8 houses throughout the Black and brown communities in Fort Worth,Tx When you asked him to upgrade his houses and trim his trees off your property he laughs at you. He’s a slumlord his properties are never well-kept. He does not bring value to our neighborhoods. And know one should rent from him. He is all about money not quality of your neighborhood he has no regard for the neighbors properties. He does not care who he rents to and he does not care for the safeties of your families. Please spread this we no longer want him in our neighborhood. He’s name is Tom. PS. His properties are not Covid safe nor monkeypox sterilize

Great landlords until you need something fixed, or a extension on rent. Rent was 3 days late and a eviction noticed was filed. Thanks for nothing, after 6 years where is the understanding

The lady who works at the house it’s not even a office it’s her house is so rude and they never fix any thing and the house was not ready for move in but charged me anyways and is crawling with roaches don’t rent threw them
