I will never do business here again and it’s all because of Stella flowers. Horrible attitude and has no idea how to talk to customers. When we first closed my dads house we didn’t have any problems and the lady that helped us was the sweetest I thought but this lady ruined It all. I had to give a rating of one star to be able to post but doesn’t deserve even a one!!!

I do NOT recommend this Title Company unless you have an attorney working with you! This is my SECOND experience with them and each time lends itself to a frustrating event that requires the seller ultimately CLEARing the Title! You (the seller) will be the one researching because they do not have a clue if it is outside their normal simple closing! And none of my closings are simple when half your relatives are GERMAN! We have yet to close since June 12th. Our closing day was TODAY, 8 October 2024 but, at 8a.m. this morning we were yet AGAIN advised of a missing document, different from the first missing document list! A LAST MINUTE item!!!!!!!
