Karen took the time to show me all the available apartments and was impressively knowledgeable—she was up to speed on everything and clearly knew her stuff. What really stood out was how thorough she was. She answered every question I had—sometimes before I even asked! My partner and I came here today to get information on the apartments and although the unit we wanted wasn't available to tour today, the staff made it possible for us to tour a similar unit. The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions!

Incredibly rude leasing agent, will not give you the same respect and connection if she does not think you “look” like you’re worth her time. So unprofessional.
