London Normandy House

I’ve been living at London Normandy for the past five months, and the staff has been absolutely wonderful. From Nicole and Fadil to Abraham—they’ve all been accommodating, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I submitted a maintenance request for a few things, and Abraham had everything taken care of within three days. He’s always thorough, helpful, and even leaves the space cleaner than I had left it. Nicole has been incredibly gracious and responsive, especially when I had a new roommate move in. She patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the process efficiently. Fadil gave us a tour before we moved in—without being pushy—and has made settling in easy and comfortable. I also love how the community fosters connections with residents. Lived here for almost 2 years and the maintenance team has been great every single time. They respond super fast and are very kind and do a great job. The concierge members are also great, love living here!

A lovely place to live! I heard about The London Normandy through a friend, the location and square footage was incredibly appealing but after reading some of the Google reviews I was very put off and worried. However, after my first interaction with Basic from the Leasing Office I felt 100% reassured that it was the right place to call home. I have worked in customer service for over 15-years and can honestly say Basic and the staff really do care about the experience they’re creating for resistants. I have had nothing but pleasant interactions with all staff members (leasing, concierge, cleaning, maintenance) in both buildings. A little side note, there are two separate buildings. Abraham is awesome! He’s assisted us with many repairs/fixes since I’ve been here, and he always does quality work and explains everything he did and anything else we may need to know. Repairs are done quickly and quietly and I greatly appreciate all that he does!

I recently had issues with my HVAC and Abraham quickly fixed it in less than 24 hrs. The entire maintenance team has been very fast to respond to any scattered issues I've had, also Abdul. The concierge team is so friendly too, Christos especially. The janitorial staff, which often goes unmentioned deserves props too, they were always friendly and even helped me move some large boxes when I first moved in. !! Nicole and Fadil in the leasing office were my main points of contact and always answered any questions I had in a timely and professional manner. Overall, I've really enjoyed my home-like stay here.
