These homes feel like they were built as cheaply as possible while still meeting code. I don’t blame the people working here, as everyone I’ve dealt with has been helpful and has tried to make things right when issues came up. But it’s hard to ignore the bigger picture: the way these homes are put together seems designed to hold up just long enough to outlast the warranty. For how expensive they are, you’d expect better quality. Instead, you’re getting the bare minimum in materials and craftsmanship. If you’re thinking about buying here, just know that once that 1-year warranty (or 2 years for major structural) is up, you’re likely going to be on your own with repairs.

I toured this community because I was considering moving into it. When I first got into this neighborhood I immediately liked the view. The homes are not too close and the neighborhood looked manicured. I would inquire about owning a home home but, I do not want a home with a sliding glass door as my back door.
