Lomita Court Apartments

A nice, quiet street in a five minute drive from everything you need. The apartments are nice for the price, and the property manager Vickey is a delight to deal with.

Visited to see if I can inquire on an apartment and wanted to see a layout, but the leasing manager didn’t show any interest in showing us anything. When we came in, she didn’t even speak until we spoke to her. Honestly, it was a turn off for us to want to live there. I think customer service needs to be much better.

Our family has lived here for over a year now, and it is clean and nice. The lease Manager has been very helpful and pleasant from the beginning. The grounds are well kept. No issues.

I just moved in three weeks ago and I have to say I was impressed. New carpet, hardwood floors, appliances, paint, countertops, and bathroom. I could not be happier with their new renovations units. I have a one bedroom and there is something much space. Location is quite at night and crime, well what crime, I haven't seen any.

My wife and I have lived here for almost a year and have had a great experience! The apartment is perfect size for the two of us and anytime we have an issue our landlord is on top of it!
