Logan Heights Apartments

Maintenance requests are handled immediately and effectively. They’ll fix things in my apartment and bring heavy packages up to my 3rd floor door when I can’t. The property manager Tad has been so helpful! He communicates quickly and makes sure your needs as a tenant are taken care of. I recommend Logan Heights to all my friends looking for a new place. 10/10

Please do not ever move in here or let anyone you love move in here. My first 6 months living in the 400 building were smooth sailing… then it got sold to new owners. Air conditioning was broken, asked them nicely to fix it. Maintenance said they couldn’t fix it that day and that they’d be back asap. They never came back, waited 3 weeks before it got even hotter outside and it was 80°+ in my apartment. I had to literally threaten calling the city to get them to come fix it, and then of course they were there the next day. It’s never quiet there. I put in several complaints about a dog barking nonstop (I mean, 24 hours nonstop, I was more worried about the wellbeing of the dog than anything). They said they’d address it. But never did. Oh I have pictures to prove!!! I was one of the first tenants to live in Building 400 when it became available. While the apartments looked nice from the outside and inside, living here was an entirely different experience. First, our heat never worked. Despite multiple calls, maintenance never showed up to fix it, even when the temperature dropped below freezing. We were told they wouldn't do anything unless it hit below -10 degrees. Second, our air conditioning also didn't work. When it's 102 degrees outside and 98 degrees inside for days, that’s a serious problem. There was also a complete lack of communication—maintenance walked into my apartment while I was in the shower with no notice or warning. The plumbing was a disaster. We worked a lot with Lina during our experience getting our apartment and I have nothing but good things to say about her!! She is very friendly and easy to communicate with! She helped us ease our minds during such a big move and even squeezed us in for a showing the same day I requested to view our place! If you are looking to move to these apartments definitely recommend talking with Lina she will do everything she can to answer your questions or make things work to give you the best experience moving in!

I have lived in Logan Heights almost 4 years and have had a wonderful experience the whole time! I can’t say enough good things. The staff has always been helpful and I love that maintenance always responds quick. This is definitely the apartments you want to be at!
