The fitness center is clean and convenient, and the community spaces are well maintained and actually enjoyable to use. The staff have been consistently friendly and responsive, and maintenance has always taken care of things quickly. The location is another huge perk being close to everything in Cedar Rapids without feeling busy or chaotic. It’s a comfortable, quiet place to come home to, and I’ve really appreciated how well the property is cared for. The property has a fantastic fitness center. The pet washing station is so cute! So excited to hang out on the roof top patio and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets!

"Welcome Home" I am not sure where you start.... Every single member of the management/maintenance team being absolutely amazing, professional, helpful, caring and making Loftus feel like home all of the time. Or is it the modern first class, extremely well built, tastefully decorated, secure commercial property that is kept very clean, with no expense spared? Or maybe the amazing amenities in the large spotless state of the art gym, to the security protected bike room, to the beautiful indoor and outdoor community spaces on the 5th floor with amazing views and sunsets of CR, to the indoor Pet Wash, heated garages with extra large parking spaces., plenty of outside parking. Maybe the important thing to focus on is the luxury level trim, appliances, fixtures, flooring and counter tops, door
