The Lofts are well maintained and have a great location, near offices, restaurants, I-40 and a short drive to the downtown areas. In addition to the lovely modern updated units and amenities, there is also a roof top lounge with a spectacular view of nearby Lake Crabtree. Pamela will go above and beyond to address any issue or concern you may have while deciding if this property fulfills your needs. The management and maintenance team works well together, friendly, approachable and eager to help. They have been very supportive and care about the residents, so far they have provided me with satisfactory and timely service. I am very pleased I decided to make the Lofts my home.

I resided in this apartment for 15 months. I thoroughly enjoyed my living space and encountered a few minor maintenance issues or concerns with the leasing staff. On the other hand, I want to warn anyone about the corporate side of things. I’ve had several instances where I received additional charges on my account that took weeks, if not nearly a month, to be removed. As a result, they ended up putting late fees on my accounts which sparked anxiety for me living there. The leasing staff communicated with me, but it took corporate weeks to remove a simple charge, regardless of how far in advance I had informed them. What a terrific experience! I worked with Pam on securing an apartment after I relocated to the area for work. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and you can tell she truly cares about the residents. There was not a single resident who walked by that she didnt know and they were all delighted to see her. Thst speaks volumes! I am looking forward to moving in this week!

I had the please or working with Lynne Kondor to secure a 3BR apartment for my family and I. She made the process to lease extremely hassle free, and would constantly reach out to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Her service was exceptional, and made sure our out-of-state move (from SC) went smoothly. We have now moved into the apartment and are really happy with our new home. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and in a great location with a view of the lake. We are really happy with our new place.

I moved to Cary without having chosen an apartment. I had scheduled 12 apartment tours at multiple locations. Lakeside Lofts was my first stop. I continued through my list, often only driving by other locations, with no need to take a tour. I actually left Cary and drove west with the intention of seeing other towns and other options. I discovered after 2 days away that I yearned to be back to Cary. I went back to Lakeside Lofts and viewed the same several apartments again and easily chose my forever home.
