Lofts at Sterling Mill

Let me start off by saying this is a beautiful building. If I could peacefully live in the beauty of my apartment without the following issues I would not be writing this review. 1. There is a complete lack of communication except random pieces of paper stuck in the door. I gave up emailing and calling after my last attempts were ignored. 2. As you can see in the attached photos there is a severe cleanliness issue that needs to be addressed. 3. THE NOISE IS UNBEARABLE. If I could attach a video of the noise that I'm stuck with from dawn until I go to bed you'd understand my frustration. I know, and accept that there will be noise living in an apartment, but the literal banging on my ceiling does not stop, those in charge will not do anything about it, and my concerns continue to go ignored

Honestly I thought it would be a good lil place to start over and have relaxation but it hasn’t been it’s been a lot of sleepless nights with neighbors arguing and hover boards skate boards and even bicycles riding up and down the halls ppl letting there dogs use the bathroom in halls and elevator kids unsupervised running up and down the halls and when you complain they just make up something on you to complain about so it’s really no point to complain within two days you’ll end up with a note on your door like you’re the problem I put in complaint about the fans that are installed in the corners of each bedroom blowing black lint everywhere within a month after moving in they still have not been cleaned or serviced and I pretty much was told yeah they usually don’t have a quick response

The tour of Sterling Mills was amazing. We found a beautiful, immaculate, and cozy apartment. Ty Goodman, Residential Manager, is very thorough with applicant process, she has answered all question’s and made process easier than ever. We have looked at several locations, but, overall we chose Sterling Mills because of Ty and the overall cleanliness and beauty of Sterling Mills. Thank you Ty Goodman, you have been superior above all!

We had an appointment to tour this location and Ty (property manager) was awesome. She was very thorough and explained step by step in regards to applying. She answered every question that we had. The property was very tidy. The unit that we viewed we really loved it.

I purchased an Avila leather suit which arrived December 2023, the day it arrived while the delivery men were still there we discovered there was a fault, a replacement was arranged, this didn't arrive until June 2024, there was then a fault found with the footstool and that was replaced. After the fault with the suit, I received an email which confirms if the replacement was found to be faulty I would receive a refund or alternative. It has now been confirmed that the replacement sofa has a manufacturing fault, in the same place and Sterling Mill are refusing to give an alternative or refund, the person dealing with the complaint has given no apology and I have had robotic replies from them. I will be taking this further but shouldn't have to, this has caused myself and my husband stress
