Management sucks and Tara is the worst manger I ever rented from. So many people have problems with their rent amount. You know it's a problem when so many people are complaining about owing back rent.I had several money orders for rent disappear.Someone definitely been stealing and I have been living over here for seven years and I always pay my rent but Tara went back to my 2023 year and said I owe back rent I thought it's the manager job to make sure the tenant pay the correct amount But Kandi told me it's my job. I don't know no rental office that would allow a tenant to live there for a year paying the incorrect amount. I know at least ten people who have been having issues with management.

Great apartments and a great location. Management went above and beyond to assist me with an issue that they really didn't have to, and I am incredibly grateful for the assistance of Tara during all of this. Highly recommend.

Rude, rude, rude, was there visiting a friend, who is Sooo ready to leave this place, We heard AND saw the Rental Manager, tell another tenant, that her kids were to loud, okay she has two toddlers, they are kids. Apparently, she must not have any to know what it's like. But...hey, I don't have her job, and wouldn't want it either if you have to be rude.

Nice apartments. Maintenance (Bobby) is on it! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is always pleasant, kind and courteous. He is fast and reliable. I will only be requesting Bobby for.my Maintenance requests from now on.

Please I repeat these apartments seem nice BUT the office lady Kandi is a horrible person and unprofessional. Tara is okay but all she cares about is money. Maintenance here is horrible. They never fixed my washer and it broke down twice and I stayed in the townhomes for a year and a half. I had to go to the laundromat for two months because the maintenance guy Gabriel had no clue to fix it. He was so busy watching YouTube videos learning how to fix it and grabbing food off my table without asking. Good area & quiet but sometimes there were times I heard gunshots. A mysterious fire started near my front door. I had a leak downstairs that due to the old maintenance guy they fired putting paper towels over my water pump. My first mistake was moving here and I repeat do not waste your money.
