Wonderful community with beautiful and safe spaces. The administrative team go out of their way to make sure all feel welcomed through community events and respecting your space!

So happy to be living at the Lofts of Rose Monte! I love the spacious townhome we have, and the staff is very friendly. They are very proactive and have more community engagement! After switching owners almost a year ago, I was a bit apprehensive, but I am so glad we stayed and seen our community thrive!

I am planning on moving to Nashville this upcoming December and toured the Lofts at Rose Monte as a potential place to live. I was really impressed by indoor and outdoor spaces of their different units as well as the size of the units and their price. Additionally the staff is wonderful. Super kind and very helpful with all of my questions!
