Lofts at LaVilla

I had a wonderful experience at Lofts at LaVilla, especially thanks to Leila, the leasing specialist. She was incredibly nice, welcoming, and informative while giving the tour, making me feel comfortable and excited about the community. Leila took her time answering all my questions and made the entire experience enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful, and the excellent service truly stood out. The atmosphere and service made the tour memorable.

They completely stole my money. I applied to these apartments on November 28. $85 application fee and $100 deposit to hold the apartment. On Monday, December 1, I sent over my paystub’s and ask to switch my unit from a 1/1 to a 2/2. They were very responsive at first, but once my pay cells were sent, I didn’t hear anything back on December 2. I followed up with a phone call and an email no reply back on December 3. I followed up again with a phone call and a email no reply back on December 4. I actually went up to the property, but the door was locked and nobody was in the leasing office. On December 5, I called again left a voicemail. It still did not receive a call back. Today’s December 9th I receive a email stating that my application was canceled because they were unable to contact me

Ms.Dawn is the best Property Manager ever. She’s very understanding and Compassionate. Her communication is amazing. I’ve lived here for two years and I Love the property and Management.

Leila was wonderful during our tour. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We really appreciated her help!
