Lofts at Cargill Falls Mill

What's to rate, nobody's answers. Can't even keep contact info up to date imagine living there and something breaks. Spews asbestos all over you. Honestly happy you don't answer after talking with the tenants. Yeah I walked in hoping to see someone, what a joke and a waste of time that was. Read some more reviews if you don't believe me, still got the state forcing them to fix things. Don't let the videos fool you. Just ask a tenant for a tour they will be far more available than the people who actually work there. The not so ghetto, ghetto is how I would explain it. Beautiful new loft style apartments in the Cargill Falls Mill in historic downtown Putnam. Within walking distance of many great restaurants.

The Lofts at Cargill Falls had my attention from the first day I heard they were being converted into apartments. Once the sign for the leasing went up my significant other and I jumped on getting an apartment. We went and looked around all the apartments while construction was still going on and reserved our apartment we wanted. Our apartment is on the top floor, great views, within walking distance to lots of great local businesses/restaurants and has that historic feel that I love. However, dealing with management has been somewhat of a pain/hassle from the get go. Just about every weekend the past month the elevators have stopped working and don’t go back in service until the following week. This elevator is the only one available for my building and it going out of service every weeke

Bad place .....mold and a property Mgr that makes a lot of promises that she doesn't fulfill. Then when you move out fees so they can take your money......over priced and a very poor parking situation ....I would give them no stars if I could .....don't rent from them!!!!

It's been totally remodeled, it looks like a great looking place and was converted into apartments! I'm not sure how many of them are left to rent ! But everything is included in the rent !
