Realtor and other online like HAR show Charles Nassif as a part of Loft Realty. Take my advice, avoid them all together! I recently closed on a home where he (Charles Nassif) was the seller and realtor. He was funded at 4pm and didn't bring the keys until after 9pm. I waited around 4 hrs until I was too tired to wait anymore.. He also decided when he brought the keys, he would help himself to things inside MY garage AFTER closing 5 hrs earlier! He is lucky I didn't call police to report theft. AVOID THEM!!
