I wouldn’t just say anything on a review to intentionally make someone look bad. Wow smh. I was actually in the office when an incident happened and recorded it. Thank goodness for recordings. Fortunately for me I record EVERYTHING even when I called corporate 6 times left messages and never got a call back. I loved this place before…. Bora was the absolute best… she’s gone now and someone name Alex is now in the office. She’s rude and mean, disrespectful and doesn’t even know how to put in work orders. She was very much rude to me when I walked in the office and had no clue who she was. She never introduced herself to me as the new property manager (that’s what she said she was) I didn’t know who she was because I hadn’t been in the office for weeks and she looked like she had on pajama
Terrible management, slow maintenance response, poor living conditions. I have had MOLD in my bathroom for months with no resolution. Corporate does not care about us as residents, they just want the check on the first of the month. Whatever manager is in there now is rude and disrespectful. What kind of company lets their manager walk around in leggings and a t-shirt? Extremely unprofessional. I have no positives to say about this community. They have showed time and time again , they won’t fix anything but they WILL take your money. It’s concerning the shape these apartments are at this moment. Unfortunately apartments are abandoned, ,garbage is all around , pool is in bad shape , children’s playground is unsafe . Management is non responsive to tenants issues , buildings are lacking cleaning , it’s unfortunate the trash everywhere in parking area. We are being charge now for illegal sewer and water fees since we are a low income !! We need help here we need for the housing authority to stop providing funds that these people to steal .Someone please , we need a news channel to come see our problem
Initially, I was hesitant to relocate to the Lodges of Pinellas due to my financial constraints and the prevailing rent prices in this economy. However, I had to make a prompt decision. As I was moving from out of town, I couldn't afford any setbacks. Upon arrival, I found the reviews to be misleading. Nevertheless, I was greeted by the front office management with unparalleled positive energy. They ensured a seamless transition by accommodating my needs, making my first day a delightful experience. The staff exhibited a strong family-oriented culture, even sharing lunch together upon my arrival. Although my apartment had minor issues, the front office promptly addressed and resolved them.
