Lodge at Southpoint

So far this community has been great. The staff is all wonderful, Antoine was a great help through the application process and Christine helped make me feel at home after some concerns I had. There is easy access to many restaurants, the bus line, and Southpoint Mall. I am happy I moved to this community! 7 month update: Christine left shortly after my first review and some concerns I had were never resolved. The apartment was gross when I moved in, bugs EVERYWHERE, including in my refrigerator. I had to fight for them to replace the carpet in one of my bedrooms because of stains and dead bugs. Since then I’ve enjoyed it, but the community feels like they only upkeep what they need to for tours and to get applications in. Maintenance is great and my requests are completed quickly. My car

Before I moved in, I asked, could I walk through my unit and I was told it was being professionally clean so I could not walk through the unit. When I finally move into my apartment, don’t get me wrong. The apartments are very nice based off looks, but my unit was not clean. It was cat hair everywhere, even in my cabinets. I’m allergic to cats so for the first two or three months, I will stay here. I was literally breaking out in hives. I know I have to take allergy medicine every day just to be able to live in my apartment because they’re still can’t hear somewhere that I possibly don’t have access to. I have put in about 20 Maintenance reports since staying here in June sometimes the issue was fixed right away. Sometimes they have to come back multiple times until they decide to replace

I cannot believe I have lived here 14 years now. I did move from one building to another without any problems. I have watched office staff come and go, but this group is top of the line. Christine has gone out of her way several times to make sure things were done and done right. When a problem arose I could count on Christine to either make it right or explain to me why it could not be done. The maintenance crew has always been Johnny on the spot. I watch these guys sweat in 90 some degree weather and freeze in 30 degrees to get the job done. Very much appreciated!! Great location! Great staff! Great job organizing fun activities for the residents. Gold star from me!!! Love my home at the Lodge.

Roaches infest the yards and woods, crawling all over patios. They have exterminators come every week and it barely puts a dent in the problem. Office staff is friendly though. I moved out less than 3 months ago and owe a few hundred to the complex, they called my job about the debt. Completely unprofessional and invasive. Wasn’t a terrible experience besides the toilet water randomly not turning off and flooding our entire apartment, and the roaches. Please stop calling peoples places of work.

It's been almost a month since I moved in, and I am truly blown away by the care and commitment to service the whole team has shown! Antonie and Christine in the leasing office were amazing, and Eric from maintenance was friendly, efficient, and cared about taking care of my issue! I am so happy to have moved here!
