Lodge at Pecan Creek Apartments

I am really shocked to read a couple of the negative reviews here because it is almost like the people are speaking of somewhere else. I have lived here for 10-months and have loved every minute of it. The apartments are well kept, quiet and there are no pests which I truly appreciate. Sandra is amazing, kind and goes the extra mile every time something is needed. The maintenance team is extremely friendly and quick to respond. I have only had to contact them twice for a couple of simple issues. The apartments are quiet and tenants seem extremely friendly, I love it here... it has exceeded my expectations. Very beautiful complex.

Do NOT rent with this property or The Preserve At Pecan Creek. As a resident I was NOT supported when trying to retrieve my vehicle in a towing misunderstanding. The maintenance manager called the police for advocating for my car completely ignoring that I’ve lived here almost 3 years, NEVER complained, missed a rent payment, cleaned up after my dog and abided by resident rules. I PAY for covered parking EVERY MONTH. Turns out my vehicle isn’t registered with the property after all, but paying for it to be hidden from the towing company under PAID covered parking is best practice I suppose. You’d think I’d get more than “there’s nothing we can do.” Management refused to listen or assist and continued to quote “rules and policy.” I was told I was being rude for telling the management and t

I absolutely loved my hidden gem. It was so quiet. Nice shaded pool. Great walking path. Until I got towed. I had a brand new car without a license plate. No one could help. Next, I will precisely write what is wrong with my apartment in my maintenance request, however, it takes the maintenance team a week to “fix” problem. Only for me to have to rewrite the request again. Trash is ALWAYS broken. Hallway ALWAYS has spider webs. My biggest issue has been them not fixing my payment portal. I have been to the office 2 days in a row to gain understanding as to why my payments had not been withdrawn. I also have emailed the office staff at least 3 times every month stating my payment portal is still down. I’m receiving late payments. But I’m paying my rent and THEY have NOT fixed my portal YE

We’ve lived here for over a year and absolutely love it! We initially moved into the Preserve side and later upgraded to a larger apartment on the Lodge side. Sandra has always been extremely helpful and kind. She is AWESOME. I love her positive energy all the time. The new leasing agent, Frankie, is also very sweet and welcoming. If I could rate the customer service separately, I would definitely give it five stars. Maintenance is quick and professional, and any requests we’ve had were handled if not the same day, the same week (unless parts need to be be ordered). I also appreciate the strong teamwork within the maintenance staff. You can genuinely see the great relationship they have with each other. Wow! How very much I’ve enjoyed the entire process of leasing my new home at The Lodge at Pecan Creek. Sandra took me by the hand, gave me a personal tour of my apartment, and answered every question I thought of - and even some questions I hadn’t thought of She has been so helpful in my decision making process with her friendly manner and her gracious smile. I feel so welcome and am looking forward to my move in date.. Thank you Sandra for your patience and professional attributes. I can see why you are of great value for the tenants as well as the community.
