Lochwood Apartments

My experience at Lochwood apartments has been great. The office staff is very friendly, professional and responds in a timely manner. My apartment is affordable, neighbors are nice and the atmosphere is very quiet at night. I’d say this is one of the best properties to rent from in the city of Baltimore. I’m enjoying my stay and don’t plan to leaving any time soon.

I had no issues living here. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the leasing office staff were great. They were very professional and responded quickly whenever I reached out. The maintenance staff came out quickly whenever I needed them. Of course it is an apartment complex so I expected thumping and noises but my neighbors were very respectful and I didn’t have any problems with that. Overall, I would definitely go back.

I must say this is a great place to live far as my experience. The staff is nice, especially Tiana with helping me get acquainted with laundry and anything I would need, And they keep you updated on anything that's going around the community. For maintenance I can honestly say I had problems in the beginning when I first moved in, but the maintenance were on it! They explained to me what was the issue is, how they can patch/resolve they did right when they fixed my pantry door. Lastly, I have to talk about the neighbors. I have a good set of neighbors in my building and the buildings around me. They always speak and tell me to have a good day and talk to my children, nice lovely people. Overall the experience has been great, I see myself being here longer than what I planned lol I know eve

Been renting here for the past 2yrs and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. My place is nice a spacious, the ladies in the rental office is really nice and accommodating and my rent is in my price range specifically with what's going on in the economy today. If you want a nice place to live I would rent here!!!
