Lochridge Townhomes

Love the area!!! Quiet and safe. Everyone minds their own business yet still friendly. Any maintenance request are answered promptly and professionally “no weird maintenance guy” lol. Initially property management and I did not hit it off well, as far as my transition into the property and getting certain utilities on but overall I have no complaints. Units are not upgraded as advertised but still I enjoy my peace of heaven in a secluded safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

I am a new resident to Lochridge and so far love living here. The rent is extremely reasonable given how nice the units and grounds are and the location. It is very peaceful and scenic, and you are so close to shopping centers and walking trails. This is my second time renting with Ticon, and I definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new home.

We enjoy living here in Lochridge. It's safe and quiet and in a great neighborhood. Ticon does a good job managing it and our experiences have been positive.

The apartments are managed by Ticon Properties. Best maintenance in the Triangle. I call, or put in a ticket online, and the problem is really fixed. Everyone in the office is friendly.

We came from out of town with an appointment to see a unit and when we arrived to the townhomes, they had no units to show us. They were very unorganized and very rude. They would not work with us at all or even meet with us even though they had several workers there. If it is this difficult to even look at apartments to get information, I can’t imagine renting from them.
