Loch Raven Village Apartments

Recently moved here and there have been some hiccups, but thanks to the staff (Enrique in particular) made it his top priority to insure my move was as smooth it could possibly be. Any and all issues I ran into were quickly addressed and treated with urgency. The Maintenance team, while busy, get the job done with an excellent attitude. Thank you for such excellent service!

Enrique was amazing! Very funny very professional! Makes the process of everything easy and fast! Tour was amazing for the rooms. Rooms are beautiful and spacious! I definitely recommend coming here if you are moving or getting your very first place!

Loch Raven Village Apartments? What a weird way to spell Satan’s headquarters. First moving here, the place had seemed great and worth the price. But years later since moving it’s went down hill (quite literally) Floor sinking, Rodents, Bug infestations. Doesn’t matter if you’re clean either. They don’t care if your place is falling apart due to poor renovation or if you have any other issues. Pest control scarcely does anything to help neither does maintenance, for their prices they’re charging and increasing I would expect better. Living here has felt like the physical embodiment of The fall of House of Usher by Poe.

I only put one star because it is the minimum required but they don’t deserve any star. We have been living in here for 2 years and there is ALWAYS something to complain about!!! They don’t care about their tenants, just about the money. The staff is extremely rude, very disrespectful and mean when we come for a complaint or simply for help. The last time they were nice was when we first signed the lease. We have been living with NO heat in the freezing cold for over a week. Nobody came to fix anything and they gave us a tiny little heater while laughing at us for coming to ask for help.
