Loch Bend Apartments

I just moved in almost 2 weeks ago into a fully renovated apartment. I am enjoying the apartment. It is a clean, moderately quiet community in a desirable area. The office staff, especially Tanika, has been wonderful. The apartment size is perfect for me and my cat. Two people could live comfortably in the apartments, though. I haven't noticed any pests yet, outside of a couple of spiders. Occasionally I do hear my upstairs neighbor's footsteps, but not a lot. And, I tend to be able to park right outside my door. No place is perfect, but so far I really enjoy living here.

Been here for about a week now, it’s been great. Parking is open, but has never been a problem I’ve been able to park infront of my building everyday so far. My only complaint is that the walls are super thin, I can hear my neighbors TV and conversation sometimes… I know it’s just apartment living but it’s a bit over the top if you’re trying to sleep in quiet. Tanika and Mike in the leasing office (off site) was wonderful with assisting me moving in.

There a green sedan in front of 8703 that’s been there forever and there’s a white van that keeps parking in two parking spaces not leaving room for others to park . When I park , I back all the way up so other people can have room to park . When I get home at 10 o’clock from work this white van is taking up 2 spots so there is no room for me to park. From now on I can play that game to. I no longer care I will be taken up 2 parking spots as well .this person parked right in the middle of a huge space . I’m done talking . Watch me play that game to

Tanika was very friendly and informative about the Loch Bend apartments. Leasing office staff is very kind and helpful throughout the process!

Nice area for the most part since we live near Towson . The apartment is small and cozy but for $1200 and 400 square feet . This apartment should be at the most about $690 to $750. I will Not be renewing
