He identified termite activity that supported my separate termite inspection report and ultimately contributed to my decision to have the house tented. He provided two comprehensive reports that were clear and easy to understand. In addition, he noted a window lock that needed repair, missing caulking around a window frame, and even pointed out that the electrical ground rod was protruding too far from the house.
