I really enjoyed working with Drew. He was responsive and very patient with my client. He and I had an open communication. He was very knowledgeable about different products and the cost for each. I am looking for to partnering with Drew on more transactions.

Great customer service until they transfer your loan after the first payment and give you the wrong information for your new lender and then never contact you back with the right information. Called customer service about the wrong phone number and they told me to wait a couple of weeks to call again—the wrong phone number. Contacted my loan officer and never received a response. I’m glad to be rid of this company.

This company scams the customer so bad. They wanted me to 35.00 up front a credit check and 500 up front for home value estimate. I agreed to credit check. Paid 35.00 and i told them i didnt have 500 right now. So they did credit check came back good 2 days later they said they dont do loans on modular homes i told them thats what i had single wide modular home.they said yea no problem. Sure glad i didn't give them 535.00 up front like they ask for. Customer be aware not a good company

Customer Service has gone down tremendously, I was treated so well during my home loan process, and close. I have encountered very rude associates just to make a payment. I would never recommend this lender based on that one experience. Associate hung during my call because i requested a supervisor for their rude behavior. i have no idea why they are so unhappy if their company has hidden financial or leadership issues the associates are not hiding it, they are disgruntle. no way i would refinance or use them in the future

Pick someone else! The customer service is poor. They claim I didn’t make my payment yet it was deducted from my bank account! I sent proof that it was deducted and never returned to me. They can’t find it and somehow that is my fault? Ruining my stellar credit, charging me fees and refusing to remove them though it was their error. I don’t know how the employees are happy working for a company that is unapologetically practically stealing from customers.
