One person made this process extremely unpleasant. Her name: Wendy Etienne. She had multiple break downs when she spoke to my 73 year old mother. One instance in particular was when my mother told me that Wendy yelled at her and then Wendy apologized for yelling. Wendy would get upset at me and my mother for not always getting back to her in a timely matter, not realizing that we have very busy life’s and we do our best to reach out when we can. No “loan consultant” should lose their cool or get overwhelmed to the point that they forget to provide quality customer service. If I could give her a negative 5 star on this review I would. Don’t work with Wendy if you are getting a loan through LoanDepot.

Dámaris Martín is a disaster at communicating. We spent an hour on the phone talking about my financial situation, in every possible detail, I gave her all my confidential information, social security and so on. After that conversation I waited for a few days to text her about the next steps of the process. She didn't reply for a few days nor call me for over a week nor did she respond to my messages. Thens he called me and tells me that she doesn't have any information about my situation that we discussed for more than one hour a week before, because it got lost somehow and that now she must pull my credit to find out my case.
