These people are totally incompetent. After finally being quoted their unacceptable interest rates, I told them I was not interested in a loan. However, they still went ahead and set-up an Application Account for me, which I then called and told them I did not want. They then sent me an Adverse Action Letter stating that my Loan Application had been declined ! I never made a Loan Application so how in the world could it be declined. I called and asked to have the Adverse Action cancelled as I never applied for a loan and they said "No". Steer clear of these folks as they are disreputable and you'll end of up with a black mark on your credit score because of their incompetence.

I have never had a rep talk to me the way Nicole D'Amico talked about my wife being ignorant when we mentioned not wanting to move forward with a loan. I have blocked the number this rep was calling from.

Please stop sending me spam email, phone calls, and letters. Your customer service could not unsubscribe me even after calling and emailing. They constantly ask for a social security number yet cannot figure out what is going on. I do not use this service nor will I ever but they keep sending junk mail and cannot even stop it. Stay far away from this company.
