I would give 0/5 if it was an option. Everything negative said in previous reviews is likely true. The customer service representatives have always been kind but are always utterly clueless. I’ve been trying for 18 months to finalize a modification and they make it impossible in hopes the interest and past balance due continue to accumulate so the lengthy delays will wipe out a potential lower payment. I am absolutely convinced of this. I am currently on document set number four needing notarized. They offer to send a mobile notary to notarize documents and yet the company still rejects the papers as “incomplete” The four mobile notaries I’ve had all tell me this company is terrible and to expect the documents to be rejected. Cant get a hold of anyone. No one is answering and no one is returning my calls. Im seeking legal advice as they are not cooperating and giving me more problems instead. I saved all my attempted calls on how many times i tried calling them. No chat or email to communicate with them, this company should be shutdown. I dont understand why this company still here, they shouldve sold our mortgage to another mortgage company who is more reliable.

If i could give negative stars i would. Im a first time home buyer and my mortgage was sold before I was able to make a payment. I called and set up 4 biweekly payments to get a month ahead so I could do biweekly payments online. They put my first payment t towards the principle and I tried to get it reversed along with setting ip another half payment to stay ahead. They ended up taking a full payment and I called and struggled for two weeks to be able to get a refund for half of it. Then was promised a check to be over night shipped to me and have waited almost a week and just now have tracking to get it received two days later. This has been the worst experience of buying my home. I do not recommend them and wish the best of luck to anyone who has to deal with them.

They are not my original lender but never had a problem with them. Were fine during Covid. The few times I have needed to speak to them over the years they have been easy to work with. Website portal has gotten much better.

I am beyond pissed that my mortgage loan is now being serviced by Loancare when I did not authorize it. This company is an absolute nightmare. They send out constant incorrect information and every time you call the agents give conflicting information based on previous calls or documents. Their accounting department clearly cannot even do basic math. Its exhausting dealing with them. I spend hours on the phone with them every month for 6 months trying to get an issue corrected and still waiting for them to fix it. A supervisor admitted on the phone its wrong on their end, but still no resolution.
