I met with Charles and Molly from LMD Homes and came away really impressed. They were straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to—no pushy sales vibe. The homes themselves looked well thought out, with solid design and finishes. Overall, a professional and comfortable experience.

My wife and I met with Charles at the sales office, he was very professional and answered all of our questions. The model home is very nice.

I had an appointment in "The Glens" to look at the house models, the landscape, the community etc. There was NOTHING. A few houses going up. The only lot that looked onto greenery looked through the greenery to a mobile home on the other side. There was only one model available to see which did not suit my needs at all. Nothing to go by or make a decision with. But the worst part was the agent who was standoff-ish, snobby and very unhelpful and unsupportive. I was told up front all the ways the builder would not help me. I was back in the car in 20 minutes. When I went to another development just over the river, I spent 2 hours with the builder. Extremely helpful, supportive and pleasant. The houses are bigger with better base materials (wood and granite over laminate and laminate), highe
