We had an amazing experience working with Liz Zeman, our realtor to purchase our home in Durham, NC. Due to increased COVID cases, we were unable to travel to check out our future homes. Liz did video walk-through and sent them to us for the homes we were interested. Liz is highly professional and trustworthy. Not only she provided us the video of the walk-through, she also gave us her honest input, such as the location, the backyard, crawl space or layout on the house to help us make the decision. Liz is very detailed oriented and has great knowledge about homes in Durham. She is easy to reach which is very important for us since we are out of town. I called her many times and texted her hundreds of times. She was very patient with us and generous with her time. Liz went above and beyond

Liz helped me sell my mother's house, who is in assisted living and unable to get around. Liz was excellent at explaining everything to both of us, even making trips to my Mom's healthcare facility. She alleviated a lot of the stress involved. All emails, texts and calls were answered immediately. Her knowledge regarding all aspects of real estate is thorough. Our specific needs were her top priority. She is always pleasant, calm, to the point and honest. She even helped put into perspective certain family dynamics that came into play. Liz is outstanding and highly recommended. 10 stars, really !!
