Bought a house using one of their realtors 2 years ago and used an inspector who they highly recommended. I should’ve known during the inspection when I was noticing things the inspector didn’t that I should’ve hired my own. That’s my mistake. Since then, I’ve reached out to the realtor who sold me my house to find out more info since there was structural work that wasn’t disclosed by the sellers. The realtor never got back to me and we’ve been dealing with nonstop repairs ever since. In addition to the structural issues that weren’t disclosed by the previous sellers, (our NEIGHBORS informed us of all the work the previous homeowners did/witnessed, not the realtor or sellers) we’ve since found out the electrical in the home was done incorrectly, the roof was installed incorrectly, and the
