Iv been with Winn for 19 years and iv had nothing but a great experience any needs or concerns that I have has always been addressed in a timely and professional manner im greatful for Winn/ Livingston school apartments ❤️

I come through here all the time as I ❤️❤️💙💙💜💜 Tivoli Park!!! It's the most beautiful thing I've seen in all the 18 years I've been here and the people living at this apartment complex are just as beautiful! They're all so nice and never judgmental or with attitude. This is the place I'm deathly going to look into for retiring. And if I could get in there any sooner I would definitely put my name and now as I'm nearing the age anyway. Can I do that now at 44 considering the wait time and all that?

I love my studio apartment,it took me a long time to get in here.Im currently on the list for a one bedroom apartment and I can't wait. I feel secure and there is Tivoli park and alpacas and sheep out back during the summer,and deer running all over the place

Reni the Supervising maintenance and building upkeep manager is the absolute BEST. Always timely, professional and knowledgeable with his area of expertise. I’d also like to thank Anna for always doing such an amazing job. With these two we are able to really enjoy the place that we call home. 💫🏠

When I called just over a year ago they told me the wait time was a year and a half. So I called just now to see how close I was, and the person that I spoke with, Kevin, told me the wait time was now close to 3 years. So I tried to get a word in edgewise, but he wasn't having any part of it. Finally, I was able to get across that when I spoke with them and they told me a year and a half. I made plans accordingly. Now, when they switch it to three years, they should have told people that were already on the list about the doubling of the wait time. So what happens at 3 years? They switch it to six? I would give them a zero star if possible, base solely on a lack of communication. I can only imagine what it's like once you get in. If they don't pick up the phone, how do you handle things? P
