Beautiful homes. Great neighborhood with very friendly people. My friends moved there from Ohio and I try to come visit every month for a couple days. Only problem is a lady towards the front parks her trailer on the sidewalk. It's an HOA neighborhood, so I wouldn't think that is OK. Other than that they definitely picked a neighborhood with a beautiful home and close to everything!

The community and people are truly amazing! I’ve met some wonderful people here, we are sad to move. I will miss my neighbors who have been so kind to us and our beautiful home! The builder is always willing to work with you to make things right. The home is solid for a new build this day and age. The location is central to many convenient things- Aldi, Starbucks, Walmart, Chick-Fil-A, interstate and schools.

The neighborhood design is too small. Not enough room for parking, big problem if you want guests. We also did not receive a connivence and restriction standard. Also, if you park on the street, you’ll receive a six page letter threatening fines and attorney involvement. No friendly phone call, just a letter in the mail. 👎🏻

I came here to fly a drone for business. The homes were clean, with clean driveways and no junk in anyone's yard. The neighbors were friendly and waved to me. The homes are mostly vinyl and built on slab foundations, and the homes look well constructed.
