She was supportive and helpful to me as a first time seller, answering all my questions and giving me great guidance on how to prepare my house. She is knowledgeable about the community she is selling in and with many years of experience she was able to anticipate potential issues. Due to the death of a relative, I had to try to sell a house in Portland while remaining in Michigan. Johanna made it happen very quickly and I didn't have to make the trip. I've never met her face to face, but we communicated through phone calls, texts and emails. Her response time was stellar. Johanna went above and beyond what one would expect of an agent multiple times, including trips to the house to meet contractors and even once to check on an alarm from the security system.
