Beautiful, well maintained apartments in a great neighborhood. Rent is average for the area and the landlords are very kind. It’s on a dead end street with little traffic, no small children or loud cars in the neighborhood so it’s always very quiet. I’ve lived here almost 2 years and I love it. Most of the neighbors know each other and everyone in the building is very friendly. The apartments themselves are very nice, they have good insulation and nice hardwood floors. The landlords Matt & Mike are great. When COVID hit they worked with us so we wouldn’t owe hundreds in back rent which is better than a lot of other landlords did in Portland. I would highly recommend renting a unit from Living Island.
