Worst experience I have ever had with a realtor. Gaylene was unprofessional and rude throughout the whole process. We ended up terminating our contract due to the realtor being so unprofessional. She is poor at communicating and treats her clients likes they are dumb. Woke up to a text message from her saying she was terminating our contract due to the repairs not being fixed within the option period without saying anything to us prior to the end of the option period. She spent a day arguing with me about the repairs until finally blaming it on my father since he was unable to come out and fix the repairs, which should have been done by the seller in the first place.
