Lively Murrells Inlet

It's been a great experience for me and my family. The community is welcoming and friendly, and the management offers amazing services. My issues (if any) were resolved quickly and without any delay. The apartment is in excellent condition. We love our stay here. Highly recommend this apartment complex. The new manager is a great leader and most importantly an excellent person. Thank you for everything!

A big shot out to Julia (assistant manager) and Mackenzie (Ki Ki - leasing agent) at the Lively Apartment complex in Murrells Inlet. It is because of Julia that this complex operates so smoothly. She listens to peoples concerns and reacts. The development is well maintained, well managed, and is a very pleasant place to live. Julia is always so pleasant and helpful. Makenzie is the first person to greet you when you walk in. Her kind smile and pleasant personality makes a great first impression for the complex. She is willing to answer any questions and properly inform people of all the terrific amenities the Lively has to offer. I give the Lively a five star rating. The is no other apartment complex in the area that comes close to comparing to this wonderful establishment.

What can I say? Where do I begin? First off as soon as I walked in, I was met by Kiki. Nothing but kind smiles and a very pleasant, and polite person. She was very knowledgeable about the community. Then out from the office came Julia, she was also very kind and had a big smile. Julia hit all the highlights of the life of the Lively. Both ladies were very helpful a knew how to make someone they never met before feel at home. That experience with them made me make my mind up about moving into the Lively. After being here for sometime their kindness and willing to help didn’t end just to get us to move in, they make it enjoyable and make you feel like family. This place truly lives up to its name. From the saltwater pool to the sky lounge, everything here feels perfectly designed for coastal life in Murrells Inlet.

I’ve lived here since June of 2024 and I don’t ever want to leave. The amenities are second to none. The rent is very reasonable and the staff is always helpful and responsive in a timely manner. It’s like living in paradise. Mackenzie and Julia are always helpful and very pleasant 24/7.
