I would like to thank the Maintenance staff for taking care of my daughters plumbing issue. She has small children and can get overwhelmed. The ladies in the office were very pleasant. I read some of the reviews and felt I needed to give credit when due.

I went visit a friend who lives there and she has mold in he apartment that was painted over. The inside of her kitchen cabinet is rotten and the toilet rocks when sit on it. They just put things together just enough to move someone in. Some would call it botched. The place wouldn’t be so bad if the proper repairs were made. Just through conversations there’s more than my friend who has these issues, it was said that they have no other place to go that’s affordable and that’s the reason that they’ve stayed. Health inspectors really need to go into those apartments because I’m pretty sure the state is funding these places. And they can be better.

Y'all, I just had the most pleasant experience with Tabitha over at Live Oak Manor. I'm a newb trying to get into anything I can afford and out of my mother's house, my husband and I are just starting over from scratch, add a new baby in the hospital with RSV, and lots of other children to love... This lady was so sweet to me at a time when I needed it most. Angels 😇 Edit: can't wait to move in.
