Live Oak Houston Builders

Poor customer service and quality of home. I would not recommend building or working with Live Oak. They are ignoring all of our requests regarding our builder warranties. This is our first home and it was a headache. We were excited to build but quickly became discouraged. If I could give negative stairs I would.

We purchased a Live Oak home, 18 months after completion. Lots and lots of problems with the home including some significant builder defects, sloppy construction and more. When attempting to get Live Oak to correct the most significant issues, was told “f$*k her, tell her to sue me.” I do not recommend building with or buying this builders homes.

Builders have been very unprofessional and have zero communication skills. Refused to cooperate or fix any of the home warranties we requested. I would never recommend this company or it's other affiliated companies from Thomas Dorsey.

Did not finish the home and walked away from the project.

The people at this company are amazing!
