Hired LiveOak Appraisers to appraise a condo for a divorce situation. Everything was very professional from the first phone call to the revised report. Some errors I pointed out in first appraisal report were quickly corrected and a new report issued with revisions. Errors were due to a software anomaly. Appraisal value was fair and I would hire them again.
