Live Oak Apartments

I just started living here and they worked with me immensely. I was not in a good place and they did everything they could to get me in and fast. The management is ever so kind and they will fix what you need the best of their availability. Overall has been so nice and peaceful here and I don’t want to go back to where I was from here. I love it here.

I have lived there over 2 years , the place is well maintained. Clean , management are helpful , Some appliances up dates are really needed in some apartments .

I would give it zero stars if I could. They don't fix anything..... More people move out quickly. There is fire hazards if you live on the 2 floor. Steps detached from buildings and no one to fix things correctly. I have lived here for about a year and nothing has been fixed correctly. I suggest living in a tent. Safer.

I’m filing a lawsuit against them rn she put that I owe 23 hunned to a debt collector when I paid everything off she never tried to contact me or anything about it either it’s ok tho I got receipts n a lawyer see you in court karen!!

WARNING ⚠️ I wouldn’t waste my time. These apartments have went down completely. They don’t want to spray for pest that I’ve seen. I had to pay out of pocket for my apartment to get sprayed . The manager keeps saying they do spray but I haven’t seen anybody come. These apartments will be condemned pretty soon. A lot of people are leaving or left due to the low maintenance. I don’t know why the maintenance man get a check because everything is sloppy! Go somewhere else!
